Health Guarantee - Ownership Responsibilities
Please take your puppy to your vet within 72 hours of ownership. Puppy is guaranteed for 5 days for Parvo, and one-year-of-life for life-threatening genetic problems which could result in death or severely compromise puppy's quality of life.
If a problem is found, we require a statement from your veterinarian and your puppy is returned to us. Stewart Ranch reserves the right to obtain a second opinion from another veterinarian. Any veterinary expenses inurred are the responsibility of the purchase unless written permission is obtained from Stewart Ranch.
If a problem does exist, Stewart Ranch will replace your purchase with a new puppy (as soon as one is available).
The purchaser is responsible for feeding your new puppy a quality brand of puppy food. The purchase is responsible for obtaining subsequent vaccinations and wormings as needed.
The puppy purchased is sold as a pet and as such does not carry guarantees as to size, performance, or breeding success.
